1. PROJECT SCOPE
Inclusions (Standard Production Package):
- Module Production: Editing and assembly of up to five (5) modules per training program (maximum 15 minutes total combined runtime).
- Asset Integration: Use of Client-provided raw footage, photographs, and branding assets.
- Assembly Logic: Editing according to the finalized Intake Form and Shot List.
- Audio & Text: Integration of selected narration and captioning style.
- Branding: Consistent application of branding and the mandatory, permanent CleanSystem Training watermark.
Exclusions & Standards:
- Footage Quality Standard: CleanSystem Training reserves the right to reject footage that is dark, blurry, or otherwise unusable. If footage does not meet basic visibility standards, the Client will be required to reshoot.
- Additional Content: Modules beyond the original five (5) or runtime exceeding 15 minutes.
- On-Site Services: On-site filming, directing, or physical equipment provision.
- Raw File Delivery: Delivery of unedited project files or timelines (Final rendered MP4 files only).
2. REVISIONS
To maintain project timelines, CleanSystem Training provides one (1) round of consolidated minor revisions included in the base package.
- Minor Revisions Include: Correcting typographical errors in captions, adjusting audio levels, or minor timing adjustments of text-to-video alignment.
- Script Finality: For projects involving voiceover, the script is considered final once the intake form is submitted. Any changes to the script after narration has been recorded will be billed as a "Major Revision" and will incur an additional re-recording fee.
- Additional Rounds: Any further revision rounds requested after the first consolidated set will be billed at a flat rate of $150 per round.
- Major Revisions: Requests involving structural changes (e.g., adding new steps, re-filming sequences, or changing the training methodology after editing has begun) are considered "Out of Scope" and will be quoted separately.
3. REVISION PROCESS
- Review: The Client will receive a first draft of the modules via Dropbox.
- Consolidated Feedback: The Client must provide all feedback in one single, comprehensive communication. Scattered feedback via multiple emails or messages will not be accepted as a formal revision request.
- Actionable Notes: Feedback must be specific (e.g., "Change caption at 02:15 to read...") rather than general.
- Final Delivery: CleanSystem Training will implement the approved revisions and deliver the final, high-resolution version.
4. APPROVAL & ACCEPTANCE
- Final delivery is deemed "Approved" once the included revision round is completed or if no feedback is received within seven (7) days of draft delivery.
- Any changes requested after final approval will be treated as a new project and quoted accordingly.
5. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & STALLED PROJECTS
5.1 Refund Eligibility: Due to the bespoke nature of digital production, refunds are handled based on the project stage:
- Pre-Production: If a cancellation is requested before any intake forms have been reviewed or work has commenced, a refund (less a 10% administration fee) may be granted.
- Post-Commencement: Once CleanSystem Training has begun reviewing your intake forms, planning your modules, or processing footage, no refunds will be issued.
- Final Delivery: No refunds are available once the first draft of the modules has been delivered via Dropbox.
5.2 Stalled Projects & Re-activation: If a project is stalled for more than thirty (30) days due to Client inaction (e.g., failure to provide footage or feedback), a $200 Re-activation Fee will apply to resume work and reintegrate the project into our production queue.
5.3 Project Abandonment: If a Client fails to provide the required footage or data within ninety (90) days of purchase, the project will be considered "Abandoned." Abandoned projects are terminated without a refund.
